After every rental each bike is cleaned, inspected and serviced (frame integrity verified, every component inspected, worn parts replaced, wheels trued). Before the sale of every bike, we repeat this process ensuring each bike is ready to ride upon delivery. We photograph each bike to show the actual condition of the bike. Bikes are packed with care taken to ensure the bike is well protected in transit. Bikes will require basic assembly.

We take 3 to 5 days to get the bike boxed and ready to leave our premises. But in some cases we have to free up the bike from upcoming rentals, so we commit to be able to ship in a longer timeframe that you can see on each bike's page. We ship the bikes with SDA (Italian National Postal Service), which in general connects locally with your country's Postal Service. We ship practically everywhere. We've shipped bikes to most EU countries, UK, United States, Switzerland, even Australia. The quoted flat rate shipping cost covers the EU, if you need the bike shipped outside of Europe, get in touch and we will quickly check if it's possible and the related costs. 

We're open to customize the bikes when it comes to stem length, bar width, saddle choice and many more options. You can get the bike with genuine accessories already installed, like bottle cages, gps mounts and so on.
